When will my order be shipped?

We have a three day handling time period. Some orders may ship out next day, but we guarantee nothing will lay over longer than 72 hours from time of payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major cards both online and in-store. This includes any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.

The following card types are accepted, along with these other forms of payment:

  • Credit Card
  • Corporate Card
  • Debit Card (processed like credit)
  • Prepaid Card
  • Cash (In-store)

Do you accept returns?

On some things. We sale hundreds of items on consignment. Those can not be returned and we will specify which items those are. Any other item can be returned from 14 days of purchase day. Also, no returns on sealed or new items.

Do you do appraisals?

Yes, we can appraise almost anything. Just contact us for more information and to set up an appointment.

How do I bid on Facebook Live auctions?

There is no preregistration necessary to bid on our Facebook auctions. Just tune in and bid and buy in the comment section. Please send us your email and mailing addresses if you happen to buy anything.

How do I receive my Facebook Live auction items?

All local residents are welcome to pick up their items here in the store. If you are out of town, then we can ship to you. Just please let us know which one you will be needing.

Which shipping methods do you use? Can I pick up my items locally?

We use USPS for all small parcels and packages. If necessary for larger items, we will go with UPS or FedEx. Yes, items can be picked up locally. Please let us know if you’re going to be doing that. Payment is required online.
